Families will compete against one another in Space Themed Trivia Game! Get ready to put all your space knowledge to the test! Families will interact by using the Kahoot! app to submit their answers. The faster you answer the more points you receive! The family with the most points at the end will be our Trivia Champions!

This event is for Girl Scout member families only - if you would like to become a GSHNC member, please click here to register today! On the membership screen, select the option to register for 10/1/2020-9/30/2021, and you will be eligible to attend all summer camp programming!

Financial Aid is available for any current or renewed GSHNC members who would not otherwise be able to attend an event due to financial hardship. Simply select the 'GSHNC Girl Scout requesting Financial Aid' option on the registration screen if you wish to apply.

An adult must be available to supervise this virtual program while your Girl Scout participates. Please be sure you are available to help during the activity time.

Cancellation Policy

Requests for refunds must be received in writing no later than 2 weeks prior to the event. Refunds are subject to a 25% processing charge. If a program is canceled by GSHNC, a complete refund will be given. If you are unable to attend the date of the event you registered for, you can transfer to a future date of the same event. Requests for transfers must be received in writing no later than one week before the date of the event. Registrations can be transferred once, and thereafter cannot be transferred or canceled for a refund.

Cancellation decisions will be made two weeks prior to each event - events that have not met their minimum number of registrations by two weeks prior to the event WILL BE CANCELED. When in doubt, please register before this two-week deadline. When you click the 'Register Now' button, you will be able to see the Final registration deadline for the event, but events will be canceled before that Final deadline if they do not reach their minimum number of registrations two weeks prior.

  • Individual Participation 
    GSHNC programs are open to participation by both individual girls and troops. Girls can attend an event without the rest of their troop as long as an adult accompanies them, unless otherwise noted in the event description.  
     
  • Waitlists and Attendance Caps
    *Waitlists are available for some programs. If you have a waitlist spot, it will show up as Attendee's Name (waitlisted) on the checkout screen, and you will not have to pay for their spot in the program. Please complete your registration and press the 'Complete Order' button to be placed on the waitlist. If a space opens up, you will automatically be emailed a notification and a link to pay your program fee.
    *If any category of participants (eg. 'Girl' or 'Adult') will not allow you to increase the number of participants, that means that category is FULL for this event. Please contact the Council office at 704-731-6500 or customercare@hngirlscouts.org to inquire about the possibility of being added to the event.
